    MP Lokwan wheat grains are widely cultivated in regions across Madhya Pradesh, Southern Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra. 

    It has a higher gluten content (a kind of protein found in wheat and related grains) which makes it easier to roll out larger and thinner chapatis. “It is highly suitable for making puranpolis and stuffed or plain parathas and has a relatively better chance of yielding famers a better crop.”

    The rotis are Soft and fluffy.
